It seems each year talented left winger Scott Parse tries to make a comeback from injury only to find himself sitting out much of the season once again. It appears this year is no different.

After becoming an unrestricted free agent in the summer after the Kings Cup win, Parse signed with the Devils organization, playing for their AHL affiliate in Albany, NY. Unfortunately, he only played 15 games scoring 1 goal and 3 assists with a -7 rating before being released from his contract on March 13th. His last game was on March 8th but was listed as unavailable due to injury the following day.

That’s all the information I can find on Scott right now. I wish him all the best and hope one day he can put his injuries behind him. He has the ability to score in the NHL, he just needs a body that will allow it.
